Foam Rolling, It’s a Stretch!

Foam rolling can help reduce pain and muscle soreness. Massaging the muscles increases blood flow and oxygen to the tissue, helping the natural healing process.
Welcome our special guest, Dr Maraffa will be presenting foam rolling stretching exercises, both in demonstration and Q&A of the need for pre and post-ride stretching.
We have a nice sized classroom at the Frisco YMCA and will have foam rollers available. Come dressed and ready to roll! The class is free, but donations to the YMCA will be accepted for their donation of the meeting space.
SPACE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 30 ATTENDEES.
