Purchase and Refund Policy

Payment

All purchases must be paid for at the time of the order.  All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Refunds/Returns:

Please note that all sales are considered final with no refund, return or exchange, unless the goods are defective by fault of the manufacturer.  Defective items must be returned to Shawnee Trail Cycling Club within 7 calendar days with a detailed description of the defect.

Shipping/Orders:

Shawnee Trail Cycling Club does not ship any purchases as a normal course of business.  All items ordered must be picked up locally, within a reasonable amount of time.

Abandoned Items:

Shawnee Trail Cycling Club will make reasonable efforts to notify purchasers when orders are received.  This will include reasonable announcements at rides and notifications via the website.  When possible email or social media may be used, but are not to be relied upon as the primary notification source.

If articles purchased are not picked up within 60 days from receipt Shawnee Trail Cycling club will make reasonable efforts to contact purchases with the contact information used at the time of purchase.

After 120 days the items will be considered abandoned, and may be re-sold by Shawnee Trail Cycling Club, in their sole discretion.  No refunds will be given if items are deemed abandoned.
